Canon 069 Standard-Yield Toner Cartridge 4-Pack, Black, Cyan, Magenta and Yellow

Canon 069 Standard-Yield Toner Cartridge 4-Pack, Black, Cyan, Magenta and Yellow

Designed for your next project

This Canon 069 set is for the compatible Color imageCLASS LBP674Cdw, MF751Cdw and MF753Cdw cartridge family. It is not a 067 replacement for the MF653Cdw or LBP633Cdw. The four-colour, standard-yield configuration is intended for a matching printer, with compatibility checked by the cartridge number.

Key product details

Canon 069 series; standard yield; four cartridges; black, cyan, magenta and yellow

A complete colour set for routine printing

A four-colour toner set brings black, cyan, magenta and yellow supplies together in one purchase. Black supports text and dark detail, while the colour cartridges combine to reproduce graphics, charts and photographs on a compatible colour laser printer. Having the set ready can simplify supply management when several cartridges are approaching replacement. It also helps avoid ordering the wrong colour in a hurry. Replace each cartridge according to the printer’s condition and prompts; the colours do not necessarily reach the end of their useful life at the same time.

Confirm the cartridge series before installation

The cartridge number is the essential compatibility reference. Printers with similar names can use different toner families, and a cartridge should not be selected simply because it is made by the same brand. Compare the number on your current cartridge and the printer’s supported-supplies list with this product. Standard-yield and high-yield versions are also different configurations. This listing is for the standard-yield set described in the title; do not interpret it as a high-capacity replacement pack.

Understand yield in the context of your documents

Page yield is measured under defined test conditions, while real documents vary considerably. Dense graphics, photographs, page coverage and the mix of colour and monochrome work all affect consumption. A page containing only a short letter uses supplies differently from a full-colour presentation. For planning purposes, review your actual replacement history and typical workload rather than treating a nominal yield as a guaranteed number of pages. Keeping one suitable replacement set available is useful when printing deadlines cannot wait for a delivery.

Install one cartridge at a time

Prepare a clean working area and follow the printer’s replacement procedure. Identify the colour position before removing a cartridge, then unpack the matching replacement only when you are ready to install it. Remove transport protection as directed and avoid touching sensitive surfaces. Do not force a cartridge that does not seat correctly; check the orientation and model compatibility first. Once installed, let the printer complete any required initialization before judging the first output. Retain the packaging until installation has been completed successfully.

Check the output with a useful test page

After replacement, print a document containing both text and colour elements. Look for readable black text, consistent coverage and the expected colour arrangement. If a problem appears, check that the cartridges are correctly seated and that the printer has completed its setup or calibration steps. Follow the equipment instructions for troubleshooting rather than repeatedly sending large jobs. A small test can confirm the printer is ready before you produce invoices, training documents, reports or a presentation for a meeting.

Store spare supplies properly

Keep unused cartridges in their protective packaging until needed. Choose a dry storage location away from direct sunlight and large temperature changes, and avoid stacking items in a way that could damage the boxes. Label your supply area by printer or cartridge family when several devices share the same workspace. This simple arrangement helps prevent mix-ups and makes stock checks faster. Follow the handling and storage information supplied with the cartridge, especially when supplies will remain unused for an extended period.

Keep everyday printing efficient

Preview documents before printing, use the correct paper size and choose colour only when it serves the document. These habits reduce unnecessary output without compromising the usefulness of the finished page. For documents that need consistent colour, use the same media and driver settings across the run. Check toner status before an important batch and schedule replacement around the actual condition of the printer. This set supports a straightforward replenishment routine for the compatible models identified below, with each of the four process colours accounted for.

What this purchase covers

The product is a toner cartridge set, not a printer. It provides the four colours named in the configuration and does not add scanning, copying or other hardware functions to the device. Keep the cartridge family and standard-yield designation with your purchasing records so future reorders are easy to match. When comparing packs, check the quantity, colours and exact series together. A lower-priced listing for a single cartridge or a different family is not the same configuration as a complete four-colour set.
