Payment Information

Currency and pricing

All prices and payments on Ridezio are in pounds sterling (GBP, £). Ridezio is not VAT-registered, and no VAT is added at checkout. UK delivery is free, and there are no customs duties, import VAT or carrier handling fees payable by UK customers after checkout.

Payment processing

We use Shopify Payments to process online payments. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout; the methods offered may depend on your device and eligibility. Please check the checkout screen for the payment options available for your order.

Payment information is processed through the checkout and payment provider. Ridezio does not ask you to send card details by email.

Order confirmation

After you place an order, we send an order acknowledgement to the email address supplied at checkout. Order acceptance takes place when we send a dispatch confirmation. Please see our Terms of Service.

Shipping charges

We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom, with no minimum order value. See our Shipping Policy for processing and delivery estimates.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, unless another method is expressly agreed where permitted by law. Refunds are issued in GBP. Our refund timing, free return-postage reimbursement and statutory cancellation rights are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
